Book a group visit
On this page you will find information if you are interested in visiting the museum with a group or want to book a guided tour.
Book a guided tour in Sweden's largest university museum. Gustavianum is the home of Europe's third oldest anatomical theater and to the world's only complete preserved art cabinet together with Viking swords, Egyptian mummies and Celsius's own thermometer.
Our guides are students at Uppsala University and study everything from Celtic languages to medicine. Follow them on a tour and learn more about female pioneers, student life then and now and scientific discoveries. The museum has a wide range of views for different types of groups. We will gladly adapt to your needs as much as we can.
In the standard guided tour the focus is on Uppsala University's history, the Augsburg art cabinet and the anatomical theater. Unless there is no prior agreement, a standard guided tour is offered. A guided tour usually takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit on Mondays when Gustavianum is closed.
Weekdays during opening hours SEK 600 plus admission
Weekends during opening hours SEK 900 plus admission
Outside the museum's opening hours SEK 1500 plus admission
Groups may pay with a voucher if the VAT number is shown.
